Word of the Day

Lingoist - A specialist in the area of lingo terms. Often, these individuals lose touch with society purely because they refer to ordinary things using shortened phrases and acronyms.

Gypsy just can't seem to connect the dots. She just can't figure out the connection between her episode of "sicker than a dog" ness with the toads that she seems to find endlessly fascinating. *sigh* We're only going to be here for another couple of weeks. In the meantime, I'm going to have to be diligent. Last night I ended up playing a game of Toad Toss. Every time that Gypsy would spot a toad on our driveway, I'd toss the dang thing into the woods...thus thwarting Gypsy's attempts at trying to poison herself for the second time in less than 24 hours. *sigh* Flying Toads.

Since The Diet Gestapo has returned, I've lost five pounds! To celebrate, HTP and I went out to eat at Applebee's. *sigh*

Murphyism of the Day

Dehay's Axiom

Simple jobs always get put off because there will be time to do them later.

Noteworthy Quote of the Day
