Fun in the Snow!

Word of the Day

Soapboxiomatic - Of, pertaining to, or characteristic of a speaker giving a speech without proof or evidence to back up his/her argument.

DD Daughter dressed Ms. En up in her snowsuit and then Grandma Froggy, DD Daughter and Ms. En all went out to play while HTP watched Mr. T. It was actually quite warm. DD Daughter ended up removing her coat. Me? Grandma Froggy's blood is still a bit thin so she kept her jacket on AND wore her gloves. It was determined that Ms. En and her new gloves just weren't going to mix so Grandma Froggy improvised. A pair of Grandma Froggy's socks worked just fine. After a minor incident with sledding....that sled could MOVE...Ms. En decided she'd rather sit with her Mommy on the swing. "We will, we will rock you!"

Random Thought of the Day

Why people are so scared of mice, which are much smaller than us, when no one seems to be scared of Mickey Mouse, who is bigger than us?

Noteworthy Quote of the Day

I can think of nothing more boring for the American people than to have to sit in their living rooms for a whole half hour looking at my face on their television screens.

- Dwight D. Eisenhower (1890 - 1969)
