Word of the Day

Gamblidementia - The frantic urge to keep playing despite/because you find that you're losing.

I've won two minor jackpots. Now, the goal is to survive tomorrow without losing that which has been won. Actually, HTP and I always feel that we've won if we can leave Vegas with at least some of the money we came with remaining in our pockets. So far, so good. I've set aside the money that Wisconsin expects for their income tax requirements. 6.5% In Wisconsin when it comes to gambling, they don't care how much money you lost while trying to win, they just want their share of whatever you won.

We met my folks for supper here at Fellini's. Wonderful! The food at Fellini's is wonderful. Our waiter Fiori takes really good care of us. We all get a chuckle out of his description of the "Sneaker's Pie".

Murphyism of the Day

Everything takes longer than you think it will.
